President

She is a final year law student of Obafemi Awolowo University. She is a writer and a lover of books with great interest in Dispute resolution, taxation and intellectual property law.

Samuel Olu-Ayeni

Vice President

He is a fourth year law student of obafemi Awolowo University. He is particularly enthusiastic about Arbitration and Dispute resolution process. As a well rounded student, Samuel continuously demonstrates his undying passion for excellence by being the best in all his engagements. He has work experience in Strachan Partners, a reputable firm in Arbitration and Dispute resolution, he is currently the Vice President of the ADR society, and an ATS II candidate of ICAN.

Temidayo V. Olalekan

General Secretary

He is passionate about personal development, career advancement and global impact.
He has an unquenchable interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution and is currently pursuing a career in international commercial arbitration. He also has a knack for Intellectual Property, Digital Law, Artificial Intelligence Law and Computational Law. His interests have influenced his numerous publications of articles, blog posts and features in Legal journals. He is a consistent content provider for several highly recognized legal platforms, both locally and internationally. He has completed several internships with relevant ADR institutions and firms such the Lagos Court of Arbitration, Strachan Partners, to mention a few.

He is currently pursuing a Law degree at the Faculty of LAW, Obafemi Awolowo University.

Ajayi Omotola

Assistant General Secretary

She is a part three law student of the Obafemi Awolwo University, Ile-Ife. She is a versed researcher on a variety of subject matter such as Collaborative Practice, Finance, the health sector, fashion and art.
Omotola is the Assistant General Secretary of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, OAU and is enthusiastic about growth and learning.
She also enjoys reading learning new things(particularly things outside the scope of academics) and networking.

Gloria Oyebode

Chief Financial Officer

She is a penultimate student of law at one of Nigeria’s foremost academic institutions, the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
She is a keen enthusiast about finance, negotiation, emotional intelligence and dispute resolution, and how these can advance the Nigerian Legal System.

In exploring her interest, she function as the Chief Financial Officer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, OAU.
Amidst several curriculars, her interests cuts across reading, impacting knowledge and spurring intellectual discussions in gatherings.

Fountain Olusanya

Director of Research

He is a Law Student with interests in ADR and International Law. Consequently, he has represented the Faculty of Law is several events and competitions themed after his interests, picking up several laurels in the process.
He believes strongly that personal development breeds collective growth.

Salawu Faizat

Director of Events

She is a 400 level student of law, Obafemi Awolowo University. She’s passionate about International arbitration and Environmental law. Outside law however, she enjoys volunteering and planning events

Jeremiah Ajayi

He is a writer, detailed researcher, and an ante-penultimate law student at the Obafemi Awolowo University.

In his quest for a nonconformist and versatile legal practice, he explores Artificial Intelligence, Online Dispute Resolution, Privacy & Data Protection, and Legal Marketing.
